The air is fresher, the grass is greener...
The air is fresher, the grass is greener...
Yes, I am back in lovely Singapore! Feels nice to be back, the air is certainly fresher and everything around looks so much better!
Yesterday, I went with my in-laws to look at this place called Savannah in Simei. Wow, it's beautiful man! I have seen nothing like it before. The surroundings is entirely like a theme park, with animals cast in stone all over the place. There is also a smoking volcano near the swimming pool and a cave you can track through. The ground is also cast in long wooden planks, which kinda reminds me of universal studio..haha..Then the facilities are fantastic! Apart from the large swimming pool, a fun pool for kids and a jacuzzi, there are also 2 tennis courts, bowling alleys and a nice gym. There is also a 3-storey high club house with 2 multi-purpose halls, reading rooms and function rms. On the top floor, there is an open-air area, with tables and chairs for relaxing. Kind of reminds me of this place at Kallang Riverside, which Piggy once brought me to..quite amazed by the place. The interior of the rms are also impressive...spacious, with nice furnishings in the shade of wood which I like and best of all, there is a built-in walk-in wardrobe and a sunken bath in the toilet! Simply amazed by the place and facilities. Gng to take some pics later..
